Our client is a large multi-business unit company. The Helpdesk Analyst works within the call center providing quality support to internal associates via phone for issue resolution. Liaise between the customer, other departments and systems. Perform advanced troubleshooting of computer related issues, assisting with network related issues, installs, configurations and upgrading operating system and application software. Provide support to field technicians; developing and coordinating user training and documenting all processes and procedures.
What you will have:
- Experience and proficiency in supporting Windows Operating Systems
- MS Suite (Office 365)
- Experience and success in a similar role, supporting end users for hardware, software and systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, including root cause, preventive solutions and documentation
- Collaborative and team oriented mindset
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Follow best practices and quality standards
