The Sr Business Analyst will have a natural analytical way of thinking and ability to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users. He or she will partner with various IT support teams to define requirements supporting project goals.
This is a Long Term Contract, starting out remote. On site in Central Maine when it’s safe to return to the office.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Project Manager to define goals and track work
- Develop current and future state business process models
- Develop clear and concise functional and technical requirements
Key Requirements:
- Experience developing requirements: functional, business, user, qualityof service
- Experience creating workflows using business process modeling notation
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in business process modeling and analysis (ITSM software)
- Proficient with Excel
