Our client, a well established commercial construction firm, has an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager.
This position will include meeting with clients, project estimating, overseeing and managing construction projects and project scheduling. What you’ll have:
- Knowledge, Experience and successful track record in managing renovation and new construction projects and project delivery to spec and under or on budget.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors and team members
- Ability to self-organize, prioritize, and schedule work assignments through organizing resources and establishing priorities.
- Respond to inquiries, issues or concerns by providing timely information, research and solutions that appropriately address them
- Experience with Microsoft Project Scheduling Software, Excel, Word and One Note.
- Strong attention to detailed, organizational skills and customer focus.
- Understanding of Project Estimating.
