Project Coordinator

Our client is implementing a new software solution.  This position will support the Project Manager and business Stakeholder on the execution of the project.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support Project Management, Business Analysis, and QA processes
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and training, track attendance
  • Maintain meeting minutes and distribute as needed
  • Manage incoming correspondence and distribute to appropriate teams for review
  • Maintain a tracking database of incoming requests, tracking status, eligibility, costs, etc.
  • Provide project related support to staff as needed


  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with project management processes, IT projects, a plus.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with QA (Test) methodologies and standards.
