Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineering team locally and the international team of data engineers to ensure alignment of data collection, analysis and reporting among three facilities.
- Propose, lead and participate in data driven projects
- Administer, maintain and update databases
- Maintain accuracy of data with high level of detail, implementing corrective action as required
- Support data mapping and report generation
- Monitor and Analyze data; identify opportunities for process improvement, including automated solutions
- Support effort for data visualization and dashboards throughout facility
- Manage software product lifecycle within Engineering, supporting deployments and upgrades
Experience and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics or other relevant technical degree
- Strong statistical background
- Several years of relevant experience within manufacturing
- Strong database management, software and systems knowledge
- Proficient with SQL and Object Oriented Programming
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Success in managing projects and changing priorities
- Self starter with the ability to deal with ambiguity and work independently
