Help Desk Specialist

This is a one year contract with potential for an extension.

What you will be doing:

50%: Customer service: phone support and ticket support.

40%: Monitor mainframe system and related components.

10%: Analyze operations and arrange components into logical sequences.

Experience you will have:

  • Windows 10, Intermediate
  • Microsoft Office 365, Beginner

Experience we would like but not required:

  • Mainframe
