 Family owned and operated, We are a fast growing company who believes in supporting the local community, our employees + recognizing the importance customers that make us possible.  We are seeking an Individual who would be responsible for handling the financial operations for fast paced contracting company. This is a very hands-on role, and the controller will need to make recommendations for improvements in internal procedures to support company growth. Strong candidates will be proactive managers that have a track record of evaluating and improving work processes that reduce cost and increase performance. This is a financial leadership position.  Self-motivated, focused and will succeed in a deadline-driven and fast-paced environment. Must have prior experience in a Costing/controller role managing the operation of a construction focused finance/accounting department and all related tasks, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, financial statement preparation, budget preparation, internal audit controls, and year-end audit functions. Position reports to the leadership team.

Requirements: Several years of accounting experience, construction industry helpful but not necessary. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field. Strong Quickbooks experience helpful.
