Supporting the Finance Team in data validation, accounting and payroll for the implementation of a new ERP system. This is a critical role working closely with the Finance Lead requiring critical thinking, a high level of analytical, organizational and communication skills.
Primary Focus Areas:
- Labor cost distribution via Costing Allocations and projects for timesheet allocation
- Accounting of payroll earnings, expenditures and deductions and corresponding revenue and balance sheet account postings via the Account Postings via the Account Posting Rules and corresponding Costing Allocations tavles and financial integrations
- Detailed reporting of payroll expenditures
- Data converstion of financial elements from legacy systems
- Strong finance background and understanding of accounting practices within Payroll.
- Experience and strong understanding of ERP systems.
